  • "My AC was turning off for no apparent reason and I had to switch it off at the thermostat and then switch it back on again. I called Greens Energy services when I saw they had so many good reviews. I received excellent service beginning from the time I placed the phone call. The technician would have come the same day but the following day fit better into my schedule. He called before arriving and did a diagnostic of the system. He said everything was functioning properly and suggested that I might need a new thermostat. I agreed to having a new one installed and I believe that was the correct solution as I have not had the problem again since he was here 5 days ago. Also, the operation of the new thermostat seems to regulate the temperature better than the old one. I had been advised when I called for service that there would be a diagnostic charge, but I had thought that it might be applied to any service that might be done. That was a separate charge, however, and was payable in addition to the charge for the new thermostat installation."
